Coaching Scope
EZB Vitality provides wellness coaching, lifestyle education, and holistic nutrition guidance intended to support general wellbeing, vitality, and performance.
All services offered — including consultations, audits, programs, workshops, written materials, and digital content — are educational and informational in nature only.
Scope of Practice
EZB Vitality does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, provide medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic advice, or replace the care of licensed physicians or other regulated healthcare professionals.
Clients are encouraged to consult their physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, diagnoses, medications, or before making significant changes to diet, supplementation, exercise, or lifestyle.

The information, guidance, and services provided by EZB Vitality are intended for educational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Nothing shared during consultations, programs, workshops, or written materials should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for professional healthcare.
By engaging with EZB Vitality services, clients acknowledge and agree that all health-related decisions remain their sole responsibility.
Nutrition & Supplement Guidance
Any nutrition or supplement-related information shared by EZB Vitality — including through educational guides, the Supplements Library, blog posts, social media, and consultations — is provided for educational purposes only, based on general principles and patterns commonly observed in clinical practice. It is not personalized medical advice.
Supplement use remains the sole responsibility of the client or reader. No information should be interpreted as a prescription or as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, managing a medical condition, or considering supplements for a child.

Emergency Situations
EZB Vitality services are not suitable for emergency situations. If you experience a medical or mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional immediately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All sessions are scheduled in advance and time is reserved exclusively for each client.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, EZB Vitality may, at its discretion, offer a one-time reschedule.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions, programs, and workshops are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All prices are communicated in advance. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, partially completed programs, or missed appointments.
For multi-session programs or corporate engagements, payment schedules and invoicing terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement.
Access to digital programs and self-learning materials is granted upon payment and is non-refundable, due to the immediate availability of content.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within EZB Vitality services — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks (such as the four-pillar Fuel · Rhythm · Reset · Rest model), program structures, educational guides, downloadable PDFs, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of EZB Vitality and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Clients may download, print, and save educational resources for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, modify, or use any EZB Vitality content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The name "EZB Vitality" and all associated branding elements are protected and may not be used without permission.
Digital Products & Withdrawal Rights
Access to digital programs, self-learning materials, and downloadable guides — including the EZB Vitality Supplements Library and the 5-Minute Nervous System Reset — is granted upon payment or upon completion of any required sign-up.
Due to the immediate availability of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable. By accessing digital content, you acknowledge that you have waived the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law (Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), in accordance with applicable Italian law.
Free downloadable resources are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Third-Party Services
This website integrates with third-party services that operate under their own terms and policies, including Squarespace (website hosting), Acuity Scheduling (appointment booking), Stripe (payment processing), Amazon Associates (affiliate program), and email service providers used for newsletters and resource delivery.
EZB Vitality is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services. When you interact with them, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZB Vitality, its founder, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our services, or any educational content provided.
Specifically, EZB Vitality is not liable for any health outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on the information provided through our services or website; any technical issues, interruptions, or errors in the website or third-party platforms; any losses related to third-party services or affiliate-linked retailers; or any results or lack of results from coaching, programs, or educational resources, as outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and effort.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory Italian or EU consumer protection law.
