What you receive

Your program includes a 90-minute opening Vitality Reset Audit to map your current patterns and identify your primary bottleneck, followed by a personalized Vitality Reset Plan (PDF) delivered within 48 hours.

Over the next four weeks, you receive weekly coaching sessions (45–60 minutes each), tailored to your real schedule and adjusted as your system responds. Between sessions, you have access to limited WhatsApp or Signal support for clarification and accountability.

You also receive a simple tracking framework for energy, sleep, cravings, and mood, educational supplement guidance (non-prescriptive), and tools and strategies you can continue using independently after the program.
